I wasnt very happy this morning because i heard some shocking news about me, omg. i was in rage. however, thanks to the 2 Ms, they made my day.

Maggie 1 said to drink "liang teh" i wanna pengsan ah.

watched Jay chow's concert...... so nice ah, i love him.....

cream rice...

Cinnamon Rice Cream

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Milk
Few drops Vanilla Essence or vanila pod
1 dessertspoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Rice
1 tablespoon Cream
1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Method

Put the milk, rice, sugar and vanilla in the top part of a double saucepan over boiling water, cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.

If using a vanilla pod, remove it now. Beat the cream well with a fork, gradually fold in the beaten cream and serve in small bowls either warm or cold and sprinkled with cinnamon.

For variations the cinnamon can be omitted and the rice cream can be served with cooked fruit, or a caramel sauce can be folded through or it can be topped with fruited yoghurt.
